Site usability notice! 3/4/2026@10:29PM CRITICAL!
   

   Due to some core infrastructure dying on us, some services such as the WebSDR will not be available. TL;DR the core switch (Cisco Catalyst WS-3850-12X48U) has some sort of power delivery failure on the mainbord, we have resorted to using older backup infra for the time being. ETA for all services to be back up is currently not available.

The ionic1k website is finally here! New content will be added here soon as I finish working on documents, downloads, and writings. Currently we have a public WebSDR station that you can browse on for the time being and minimal file browsing on the Software / Downloads page. Announcements for new site content will be posted here.

As of right now, the site is very basic but again stay tuned for more! if you have any suggestions or want to see something added, E-Mail me at johann@ionic1k.net.

The official domains for this website are: ionic1k.org and ionic1k.net please keep this in mind as someone bought the domain ionic1k.com, I don't want anybody getting craped on because they went to the wrong domain.

The IONET WebSDR is out and ready for use! The SDR is located in the east San Francisco Bay Area and covers HF/VHF/UHF spectrum with support for digital modes and mapping, more frequency ranges can be added if requested. Learn more HERE at the Radio page!
